Freshly is a subscription meal service delivering fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals directly to customers. As Design Director of Marketing, I oversee a team of designers and copywriters. Together we develop marketing assets that deliver performance-driven creative while also pushing to elevate our design and ensure customer loyalty.

For our recent rebrand project, I led design-based A/B and user testing to help us better understand our customers. From testing meal-tray colors on our paid social channels to various promo layouts in email, we analyzed metrics of our creative deliverables to ensure our work also met the needs of our high-level strategy and business goals.
