Help Scout

Help Scout is a customer service platform used by over 12,000 businesses, providing shared inbox and knowledge base to create efficient workflows. As Director of Brand and later Creative Director,  I produced effective brand and design communications as well as strategize and plan digital marketing campaigns with marketing leads. Process implementation and leadership collaboration/planning were also pivotal roles to ensure Brand team success.
